My first thoughts: I like the song. Fast, solid, and good lyrics. BUT - major noticeable autotune....?

Maybe because Rufio doesn´t play that style anymore. This band could be like the old Rufio.

^ I think that's the idea. They want to go back to the roots of fast pop punk.

anyone else superbothered by the drum sound? great song though. glad they still have fast in them.

When it's all through and there's no more fun will there be time to turn it around? When you look up and ask Him will you be too late or be found?"

Well the title says 'demo', but I don't know if they have an actual drummer, maybe it's a machine? Just speculation.

I dont thik it's a machine. Read the youtube description:

This will be the first track from the EP. Drums @ Palma Records

So I guess that drums were recorded in Palma Records.

So good to see the mega-poppy voice of Scott with a fast drumming song. I just hope this is not like any new Rufio record; only one fast songs (which is normally quite good) and the rest ones mid tempo or slow.

I don't think Scott could ever write anything like Perhaps I Suppose... but this sounds somewhat promising! But I totally agree that they should just have these songs be Rufio songs and go back to the old-faster sound! :)

Another demo up - http://soundcloud.com/scottsellers/dont-tell-the-truth

It might only be available for a bit though. Still fast and in the vain of the "Try Hard" demo.

Looks like it's gone now.

I'm a lot into the first song, that was a good surprise
