Surefire Loss (Members of Chaser & TDM)

Postby Smarch Weather » Sep 26th, '11, 16:13

FINALLY My band recently got our EP mastered. We have a brand new facebook up along with some other sites. They will be updated as soon as we have more material to add.

Two songs right here: http://www.facebook.com/SurefireLoss

Yes, we will have our CD on the blog as soon as everything is finalized. Right now our plans are to get the CD pressed, set up some merch, and play some shows. Anthony from Lowbrow is our bassist, but he is a fill in, so we have to find a permanent one.

Check it out and become a fan!

Hmm, my drummer was having the same problem. It worked fine for everyone else, though... We will try to figure this out.

For my part, I only could listen to the second song "Weak Knees". Nice sounding. Makes me think about Slick Shoes, Lagwagon, Rufio mixed in one song, that's not bad at all :D !

Oh man, bigger problem than I thought. Well, I should be getting other file types of the songs and I will upload them to bandcamp and soundcloud ASAP.

By the way, are you guys "liking" it, first? I don't know if that matters, but it might.

Here they are:

Free MP3 download: 02 Dead Inside.mp3

Yeah, that's it. Same guys, just a name change.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. The artwork for the CD is being finished.

"Look at your life, cause I am sorry but that is it. And you think you're better off this way. But I think it's sad that you can't see. And you think it's better off this way but when the pleasure fades one day, where will you turn and where will you run? When it's all through and there's no more fun will there be time to turn it around? When you look up and ask Him will you be too late or be found?"

The solo of the song 'Weak Knees' looks like a bit out of time with the drums, or at least, that's the feeling I had. Music is ok for me, nothing special.

It's fine if you think it's ok, or you don't even like it, but I reassure you that the solo is in time.

Cheers for listening, though. :ugeek:
